Our team was introduced to Mark to implement Nimble AMS at the start of the discovery period. Mark was able to demonstrate how to use Nimble AMS for all levels, from someone who had never used an AMS to admin-level detail. The subsequent documentation he provided was detailed out in step-by-step guides and included videos and animated screenshots throughout the guide to allow someone familiar with the system to breeze through the steps, but also expand each step if needed. Despite the risk associated with having a one-person shop for a large project like this, Mark's professionalism, dependability, and reliability were unmatched. He was a partner who felt like an extension of our organization, always there to guide us toward the smoothest AMS transition that I have ever been a part of.
